Congo Devil Fest
A buddy of mine who is a part owner of a hostel in town put together a bus of about 12 of us to head four hours to the Caribbean coast to check out the Congo Devil Fest.
It's an annual event that showcases some awesome costumes. Supposedly, they represent the repression of their slave masters.
